The scanner works fine with low settings, but as soon as I set the settings (threshold and resolution) to 75% and more (100%) the server crashes and hangs. I've tested different positions on the potentiometer, but that has no effect.
At 75% and more, the step motor starts to "stutter" at around 15% rest.  I try the commands in the Console

sudo /etc/init.d/fabscanpi-server stop
sudo /etc/init.d/fabscanpi-server start
sudo /etc/init.d/fabscanpi-server restart

but Nothing. I must disconnect the scanner from electricity.

Someone an idea what that can be do?

I must take a Picture from logfile because i can not downloadet this.

Can you try  to do

sudo systemctl enable dphys-swapfile

and reboot the pi. Then scan again with high resolution settings?

I just needed a picture to adjust the potentiometer. In Nety you will find almost nothing. Have a similar and just tried. Yes, that's the way to do it. With the motor running, scan the 2 pins and then set the potentiometer with a screwdriver. Many say a value of 0.8V would be ideal. I am now at 1.088V. and the scanner works at Treshold / Resolution - 25/100. He does not want more depth of field with bigger parts. From 1.40V stutters the engine.

I'll upload my logfile Consistently at step 2600, if I have 100%, the scanner will abort. 10 different stages of 1.4V - 0.8V set on the potentiometer. Is it really hardware related? This is only a Little bit of the komplett file.
