Cooling the PI: STL file for a fan adapter

Last week there was a video session

Openmaker#5(german) in which @mario said at the beginning from 1:18:38, that cooling of the Pi is quite a good idea.

He said the best way would be to bring fresh air between the HAT and the PI itself. He showed some adapters to the fan, he also showed in this thread Mario's post in another thread 'Freezing of the pi'

At 1:20:00 he showed his preferred adapter someone from the community should have designed and that is directly mounted between the HAT and the Pi.

Than he referenced that project on Thingiverse: FabScanPi Sandwich Box

But in that project I could not find the adapter to the mentioned fan above ? 

Does anyone know where I can find this adapter ?

Perhaps anyone can attach the STL or a link to the project hier so everyone can easily find it and print the adapter.
