Steppermotor Driver

Hey it seems that my steppermotor driver is broken before ii even used it. 

Is there any driver i can easily use to replace it? Can i use the TMC2280? its really hard to find the TMC2100

everything works except the motor and so i think its not working, ill get a stepper driver today and ill try it. is there something i have to consider when i use a tmc2100? or a TMC2130?

What is the motor doing? Nothing or does it wobble?

Motor is doing nothing.

 

So can i technically use a tmc 2100 plug and play?

I had the same problem. The stepper motor driver must be set. On the board is a small screw to see where you change the voltage. Many say 0,8V. With me the engine moves only a little. I have now set 1.088V and he works very well. I found almost nothing on the net and just tried how to do that. Somewhere here in the forum I have posted a picture of how the voltmeter is clamped.
