Had these errors in the log:
It looked like either a bad solder connection or a bad bootloader.
After checking all the solder joins and verifying continuity everywhere I could think of, I grabbed an Uno to try to flash the bootloader. Here is the console output from avrdude:
Any advice?

Have you already tried to flash with your 57600 baud?
